1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Red Watermelon application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. License

Red Watermelon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Red Watermelon.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to graphics, code, game design, and text, are owned by Red Watermelon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Watermelon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, or interrupted gameplay.

7. Purchases and Refunds

All in-app purchases are final. Refund requests should be directed to the Apple App Store in accordance with their refund policies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
